how come i keep on falling asleep when watching tv at night?
i was watching family guy last night at like half eleven and its strange i say to myself,"im not tired"
then i find myself tilting my head because it feels more comfortable enjoying the programme but still saiyng to myself "im not tired"
then next thing i know i fall asleep and usually end up waking up at 2-5 o clock in the morning!!
You may not think or feel tired yet your brain needs a rest. The constant stimuli from the television,(both sight and sound) become too much, and your brain says it has had enough and at a certain point it simply shuts itself off and you fall asleep.
